He has well over 23 years of proven professional work experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management. He is a seasoned Environmentalist. He has work experience that span industrial sectors in Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Power Generation and Distribution, Telecommunications, Construction etc. He rose from level of Deputy Manager to Senior Manager in those sections with proven Consultancy services. He is the chairman of RHOLUCK GROUP. He is a member of different professional bodies both in Nigeria and abroad. He is a seasoned and tested HSE professional, trained in all the sectors of the economy.

Mrs Oderhohwo holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She has over 15 years experience in finance, Human Resources and Administrative Portfolio. She is a seasoned professional in her chosen career. She also holds a Diploma in Hotel Mangement and Catering. She is a good business administrator.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with proven work experience in the Oil and Gas sector of the economy.
A graduate of MECHANICAL ENGINEERING with over 17 years of industrial experience and skills in Engineering Operations/Management and Sales, Oil and Gas Drills Workover/Completion, Health and Safety Environment, Procurement, Maintenance, Installations, Commission of Oil and Gas facilities geared towards achieving organizational growth and sustainability. He has international experience in well fishing, pumping and filtration, tubular running, wellhead services, well abandonment, field development using hydraulic workout units, drilling and workover rigs, and offshore installation using process engineering technique.
